3 ~ Leave the "FIRST NAME" and "MIDDLE NAME" details in the "PERSONALIZATION" box as well as "RAINBOW COLORS" numbered 1-5 as shown in listing photo. If you love the color pallet featured in this listing then indicate you'd like the same colors as shown.
All other special requests such as : "show me font options" can be left in the box when placing your order.
